WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
  • All orders are subject to a processing and handling period before they are dispatched which typically takes 3-8 business days, Usually 1-2 business days. All orders are then dispatched to their respective warehouse and then shipped.
  • As mentioned in our order confirmation email, please allow up to 7-21  business days delivery time after you receive your shipping confirmation email or SMS. However, packages usually arrive earlier than the stated 1-5 weeks.
  • Your shipping confirmation email or SMS will have your tracking number. Depending if your order was domestic (US) or international (other countries including UK, CA, AU) your tracking carrier vary. You may check below.
  • If you are located in the US, you will be able to track your order via Carrier.

  • Please use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email or SMS. 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?  

  • You will get two emails (order and shipping confirmation) or SMS after your purchase. First, you will get an order confirmation email and then a shipping confirmation email or SMS
  • You will get an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. We will then process your order which takes 1-5 business days. After your order has been successfully processed, we will ship out your package along with a shipping confirmation email.

 MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT SHOWING UP. WHAT'S WRONG? 

Tracking numbers can take 2-4 business days depending on the shipping carrier. This is usually due to high volume on the tracking website. If you received a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, your order has been shipped. Please wait 2-4 days for your tracking number to update.
 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. We have several warehouses located in Asia, Europe, and North America. Please note that your items may be delivered at different times. If you have further questions, please email us.
 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

CAN I GET A RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND? 

  • Customer satisfaction is our first priority, so if you have any concerns, please contact us. We will do everything to make you our happy customer! 
  • We have a 14-day return policy for all item(s) except for liquid products. Liquid products may be flammable and hazardous, thus we are unable to accept returns and refund them. You are responsible to pay for the return shipping fee and product restock fee.
  • We also have a 14-day replacement policy for item(s) damaged or lost in transit. We will fully replace your items for free if your package was damaged or lost in transit. Please contact us if your package has not been delivered after 2-5 weeks of being dispatched. If your item(s) was damaged during transit, please send us a photo for us to inspect.
  • In order to opt for replacements or store credits, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For further questions, please email us.  

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

All order cancellation and change requests are subject to a 24 hour period from the time your order was placed in which we may accommodate such requests. After 24 hours, your order will automatically be processed and packaged for shipment. We cannot guarantee that any requests after the timeframe can be accommodated.

The breakout of coronavirus is everywhere, can I still shop at NEATKITCHEN ?

Yes, our business is on track and running well. Your questions and package
be processed orderly. NEATKITCHEN company do our best to keep our staff safe secure, we take employee's body temperature when they come to the office to make sure they're healthy and disinfect all working areas every day. 

Is it still safe to buy products from NEATKITCHEN at this point?

Yes, our Government has been taking all possible measures to control the
outbreak. Please also refer to the official announcement of WHO and other
authorities.

We take extra precautions at the warehouse and for the packing process
including disinfection of the facilities to ensure a safe product delivery for. 

Does the coronavirus pass through the products?
How you make sure the product is safe?

Please note that there's no evidence indicating packages or their contents
any risks of viruses. If you do not want to receive the order anymore, you <
request to cancel it on the order detail page.

What will happen about deliveries as the breakout of coronavirus?

There may be some delay in processing and shipping orders due to the re
situation. We’ll be working around the clock to ship your item as soon as
possible and will email you once it is sent out.

Will the package arrive in our country?

At present we haven’t received any notice from the courier about any
restriction, but please pay close attention to the notice of your local post Office
or delivery service.
