Damaged or Defective Items Only If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ivanperosegundo@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items All products — including sale items, bundles, and promotional purchases — are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed.

Shipping Costs Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
