Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destination We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping Times Due to international shipping on some items, delivery times may vary. Please allow 3 to 20+ business days from the date of shipment. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods — these are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $50: shipping cost calculated at checkout
- Orders $50 and above: free shipping
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived after 25 days, please contact us at ivanperosegundo@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
